A Word from Our Owner

”My love for construction started in 1962 when I started to work with my Uncle Johnny and my Dad. I was only 14 years old when my uncle had me detail and sweep the floors on his construction sites, and my Dad had me mix concrete for his tile jobs and our vacation home in Big Bear California. In 1969, I started working in construction full time and going to college for my BS degree in Business Administration. I received my college degree at CSUN in 1973. In 1976, I passed and received my contractor's license # B 324141. In 1981, my youngest son Ryan came with me to my jobs and would sweep the floors like I would do years earlier. His favorite job was when we would work late into the nights painting at Chucky Cheese stores in Oxnard, and the Valley. Of course, he'd rather eat the pizza, and play the games with all the tokens he wanted. My close friend Gene was the district manager. Ryan started working full time with me in 1999. He received his contractor license in 2004 # B 821298. Ryan and I have been working together since 1995 and he has kept the love and spirit of construction in my life. He has brought us into the 21st century with great work ethics, ideas and project designs in bathrooms and kitchens. We work in the Valley, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura and Thousand Oaks. We have done projects in Los Angles, but travel time is hard for us. We work with many management and HOA properties. Our company uses licensed sub-contractors to work on our projects, and we have two additional employees, one office manager and one part time landscape designer.” - Craig E Warren
